Orders from the Grobet catalog totalling less than $60 may incur an additional $6 processing fee.
Items in stock usually ship within 15 days. On custom-built products, the build time can be from 30 to 60 days, plus shipping time. We will inform you of the shipping date.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If a return is necessary, contact us via email or phone for a return address specific to your product. Products in an unused state, in original boxes, can usually be returned within 15 days. We do require a 15% restocking fee. Shipping must be prepaid, and shipping and handling will not be refunded.
If a product is defective, notify us via email or call for authorization to return the product to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Repair or replacement will be at the manufacturer's discretion. In these cases, shipping costs will usually be absorbed by the manufacturer. If parts are needed, call us at 541-563-7495. We'll help you get in touch with the manufacturer if necessary.
In all instances, call us first.
In the interests of security, we send all sales receipts via USPS. If for any reason you require a duplicate copy, an additional fee of $10 will be charged.
