Lapidary, Gem Shows

I'm excited to be part of the Yachats Agate Festival again this year.  Show dates are Saturday, January 19, and Sunday, January 20, from 10 am to 4 pm.  Admission is free.  The show will be at the Yachats Commons on Highway 101.

My husband Jerry will be taking his faceting machine and demonstrating on Sunday afternoon.  It's always fun to see people sit down and actually cut a facet!

Also on the agenda is Dr. James Chatters, an anthropologist who was involved with the Kennewick Man project.

Best of all, 26 vendors will be showing off their artistry, and doing mini-demonstrations from their booths.
